Tiffany Koury and Gold jewelry will be in the spotlight during Fashion Week 2007
Gold jewelry will be the focus of at least one runway show during Fashion Week Fall 2007, which starts at Bryant Park in New York on Friday.The World Gold Council has teamed up with designer Tiffany Koury to accessorize her “Bombshell” fashion show to be held on Feb. 7.
Tiffany Koury was named one of the “Top 10 Dress Designers to Watch” by the Donegar Group last year. She finds her inspiration in the cotillion culture of her youth and the glamour of Hollywood icons such as Audrey Hepburn, Marlene Dietrich, Grace Kelly just to name a few. Tiffany Koury names each of her dresses after a Hollywood bombshell.The World Gold Council will supply gold jewelry from a multitude of designers for each look at the fashion show. The jewelry will range from long link necklaces to one-of-a-kind cuffs and stunning gold pendants.The World Gold Council is a marketing organization that receives funding from the world’s foremost gold-mining entities.
