Steve McQueen is getting more and more popular. Even Ashton Kutcher and soccer star David Beckham both named McQueen their own personal style icon in Vanity Fair. McQueen was the king of cool during the 60’s and 70’s when he was known for his hard living and fast driving. He learned martial arts from Bruce Lee and always stated “I live for myself and I answer to nobody”. He was some of the coolest characters in some of the coolest movies of our time…The Getaway in 1972, Papillon in 1973, and The Great Escape in 1963 to name a few.

I was looking around the Tag Heuer website and found that the Jodie Foster’s movie, The Brave One, shows Terrence Howard wearing a Tag Heuer wristwatch. Terrence is Detective Sean Mercer and he wears a Tag Heuer Twin-Time Carrera with a black face and black leather bracelet throughout the movie.

If they’ve got an interesting one, I want to know where they got it. I have watches by TAG Heuer and Jaeger-LeCoultre.” according to Owen in an interesting article in the Daily Mail from the UK. He goes on to discuss how he is NOT a metrosexual and only goes to the gym just before he starts a movie. Owen’s newest movie is Elizabeth: The Golden Age that is out next week. Can’t wait to see it! Is Tiger Woods human? After watching yesterday’s second round of the Tour Championship in Atlanta, I am convinced he is some kind of Superman, Batman, Aquaman……he is Golfman! Faster than a speeding golf cart, more powerful than a John Daly tee shot, look up in the sky, it’s a birdie, its an eagle………..NOPE, its just GOLFMAN, disguised as mild-mannered golfer Tiger Woods, shooting a 28 on the front nine of East Lake en route to a 63. He actually had five birdies and an eagle as he had his lowest 9 hole score of his career and finished the day with a 63 after a not so super-human back nine. (more…)

The Bourne Ultimatum movie with Matt Damon has caused quite a stir with Tag Heuer fans. Jason Bourne is frequently spotted wearing his Tag Heuer Link wristwatch throughout his new movie.
